Yoga games/ice breakers
2 truths and 1 lie about me
- A participant takes a ball in his hands and explains 2 truths and 1 lie about himself. The rest must guess which one is the lie. The participant passes the ball to the one who hits it correctly and then the action is repeated.
Favorite t-shirt
- Each participant dresses during class with their favorite t-shirt and explains the reason for it or some other curiosity about the garment. This way, personal experiences and the participants get to know each other better.
Trust wheel
- All participants stand in a circle and one member stays in the center. Those in circles extend their arms so that their hands are close to the person in the center. He closes his eyes and lets himself fall into the hands of his companions, letting himself roll supported by them.
Reflection on the topic of the day
- Cards are distributed among participants and each of them writes a reflection or word inspired by the topic of that day. Afterwards, each person reads another participant’s card to the group and the whole group reflects on each response.
Step forward
- The participants stand in a circle. One of them explains some personal preference/hobby/characteristic, and those who have the same experience in common step forward. The rest of the participants repeat the action.
Silent communication
- Without speaking and only communicating through gestures, the participants must arrange themselves from youngest to oldest.
